You can call us in the office on 01202 375570 or 0333 321 4990 (free from mobiles), alternatively email us at reservations@eagleflyer.co.uk or find us on Facebook. Once we have your transfer requirements we will confirm the price and email you with a confirmation of the booking and booking reference number.
When booking with us we ask you for your return flight number so that we can see if there are any delays to your flight. After your flight is reported to have landed the driver will wait for up to 2 hours. If we have not heard from you during this time that you are further delayed then the driver will leave the airport. If a collection is still required then you will need to rebook with us. We would need to have to charge for the non collection if there is no proof of cancelling or amending the prearranged collection. If you are aware that your flight is to be delayed then please do let us know as soon as possibly either calling the office on 01202 375570 or emailing reservations@eagleflyer.co.uk. Please try to avoid messaging through Facebook as this is not as reliable to be received in time.
Please check through your confirmation booking from us alongside your holiday booking to ensure that all the details are correct including ensuring that the return back to the UK is the correct the date (in some cases this can be different from the departure date of the country that you are leaving). If you realise that there are any differences then please notify the office as soon as possible so that amendments can be made. If we do not hear from you and if you have booked the incorrect date then a charge will still be made for the incorrect collection. You will also need to rebook with the office if you would still require a collection.
Vehicles are allocated as to the original number people booked, therefore if there are more people there may not be an allocated space in the vehicle for them. If a different sized vehicle is required then there may be a different price to pay. If you are aware that the number of people is different than your original booking then please notify us in the office so that adjustments can be made.
No our rates are the same for adults and children, we do not charge per person but for the vehicle.
We are able to supply booster seats and high back booster seats for your use at no extra charge. If you require a baby seat or an alternative car seat then we ask that you supply your own which we will store for you whilst you are away at no charge. During this time we do not use your seat for any other child or client and store it safely.
Volkswagen Transporter / Caravelles Long Wheel Based vehicles are reputed for having generous interior and boot space. We ask that passengers limit their luggage to a main item plus a ski or snowboard bag and a boot bag. If you know that you’ll be bringing more, please inform us beforehand, normally transporting extra will not be a problem. However, we do reserve the right to refuse to transport the items or charge an extra fee for excess items. We can also fit a roof rack for large surfboards or skis.

We have 4 seat estate cars, 6, 7 and 8 seat vehicles the vehicle for your transfer will be allocated by Eagle Air unless a particular vehicle is specifically requested.
No all our vehicles are non-smoking. However, the chauffeur can makes stops along the way if you notify him in advance. If your stop is longer then 15minutes then the driver has a right to charge extra to the initial quoted price of the journey.
Of course! Please signal on your Transfer Request Form if any member of your party suffers from travel sickness and notify the driver if you will require him to make stops along the way.
All our drivers have full International driving licences and receive full and extensive training for motorway driving and driving in ski resorts in winter conditions..

  • A Attention to detail - On the day of your ride, you will receive an email and SMS updates - one informing you that your car is on its way, and a second letting you know as soon as your driver has arrived at the pickup location. Your ride includes 15 minutes’ waiting time for standard pickups and 1 hour for airport pickups. Even if your driver has arrived early, your included waiting time starts from the time you booked your ride.
